Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 10 jobs a month, 50 text messages and 100 AI calls, with no card needed. When you hit a cap we’ll suggest an upgrade. We never start billing you without asking. Over the message cap, updates switch to email.
What counts as an “AI call”?
Each time the AI does a task for you, such as drafting a quote, answering a call, estimating from a photo or writing a reply. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance. Need more? Top up with credit packs at £5 per 1,000 calls. They never expire.
Are jobs really unlimited?
Yes, on every paid plan. There are no per-job charges.
How do card payments work?
Customers pay through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe’s card processing fee (typically 1.5% + 20p for UK cards) and our 0.5% fee are taken from each payment before it reaches you. There’s no monthly minimum.
Will the AI send anything without asking me?
Not anything involving money or your public reputation. Quotes, prices, payments and review replies always wait for your approval, unless you set your own auto-approve threshold for small jobs.
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers in the UK. Every connection is encrypted, important actions are kept in an audit trail, and you can export or delete your data at any time. The outside services we use, and which are switched on, are listed in our Data Processing Agreement.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades at the end of your billing month. No contracts.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Upload a CSV, or export your WhatsApp Business chats and the AI rebuilds your customers, common faults and real prices from them.
