RepairShopr calls itself all-in-one software for repair shops. Its pages list a point of sale, invoicing, inventory, a customer portal, recurring invoicing, integrated payments, marketing tools and support for several locations. Prices are in US dollars and are set by plan.
do.repair is run from a repair shop in Birmingham and built for one independent UK shop at a time. It prices in pounds per business, has a free plan, and includes the AI receptionist in the Pro plan. It is not a till, and it does not manage several branches yet. Card payment links, several branches and a public API are on the way (see the roadmap below).
Choose RepairShopr if you want a point of sale linked to your stock, a cash register, recurring invoices and integrated payments today, or if you run more than one location.
Choose do.repair if you run one UK shop, want pricing in pounds, want to try it free, and want an AI receptionist and quote follow-ups.
Prices are as published on 31 October 2026. They change, so check the source pages at the bottom before you decide.

Contract and refunds | No contract length, cancellation terms or refund policy on the pricing page | No contract. Cancel any time
RepairShopr's pages say text messages are included in every plan but that the amount differs by plan, and that postal mail is only available in the US. The pricing page gives no figures for either.
We did not find any mention of an AI assistant or an AI receptionist on RepairShopr's home or pricing pages.
do.repair's receptionist answers the call, takes the device and the fault, books the repair in, texts the customer a link to follow it, and tells you what was said. It is included in the Pro plan at £149 a month, which also covers 10,000 AI calls a month shared across every AI feature. Quotes and replies wait for your approval, and you choose what it may do on its own.

You want a till. A point of sale linked to your stock, with cash registers, is built in. do.repair is not a till.
You send recurring invoices. Recurring invoicing is on every RepairShopr plan. We do not have it yet.
You take card payments through your software today. Integrated payments are part of every plan. Ours are on the way.
You run more than one location. The Big Chain plan covers it. We do not manage branches yet.
You want a staff time clock, or more integrations. It lists both, plus an API and an app centre.
Your business is mostly small jobs and you want the cheapest start. Its Starter plan is a low price, with a limit of 75 tickets a month and one user.
You run one UK shop and want to start for nothing. The free plan covers 10 jobs a month with no card.
You want pounds on the price list. Plans are in sterling, per business.
You lose jobs when nobody answers, or when quotes go quiet. The AI receptionist, the tracking page and the automatic quote reminders are the centre of the product.
You want to stay in charge. Quotes and replies wait for your yes, and you choose what the AI may do on its own.
You want something simpler. do.repair is smaller on purpose. There is less to set up.
These are not in the product today. We list them so you can see where we are heading, and each one moves up into the tables above on the day it is live. We are not promising dates.
Card payment links on invoices, through Stripe. The work is built and is being switched on.
Several branches under one account, for the top plan.
A public API, so other tools can connect.
Annual billing, as an alternative to paying monthly.
WhatsApp updates for customers. This needs approval from Meta, which we do not control, so it may take longer than the rest.
You can bring customers and prices across from a spreadsheet or from WhatsApp chats during setup, and you see a preview before anything is imported. If RepairShopr lets you export your customer list as a spreadsheet, you can import it that way. Start on the free plan, run both side by side for a few weeks, and only cancel the old one when you are sure.
What exactly will I pay each month, in pounds, with VAT? Including any text messages and the AI receptionist.
Where is my customers' data stored, and who else can see it?
Can I take my customer list and job history out if I leave?
What happens when I go over the limits? Tickets, texts, users.
What is the notice period, and are refunds possible?
Everything above about RepairShopr comes from its public pages, read on 31 October 2026: its pricing page and its home page. RepairShopr is a trademark of its owner. do.repair is not connected to RepairShopr.
We are a competitor, so read our words with that in mind. If anything here is out of date or wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
